Mr. Fumofumo Pikari seems to be able to glow by himself. When other Fumofumo-san are feeling down, when Pikari glows, everyone gets well. I am still not sure why this happens. But it is said that when Pikari shines, the people who are with Pikari also become cheerful, just like Fumofumo-san. Some people say that the brightness of Pikari is not something you can see, but something you can feel. Please check if it is true or not when you meet Pikari.
