• Exchange for Defective Items
  If your item is deemed defective by our team, we will provide instructions on how to return it. Upon receiving the defective item, we will process an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

• In-Store Purchases
  Items purchased in our physical store locations cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

• Online Purchases
  Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store. All online orders are final sale unless the item is defective.
